All payments must be made according to the agreed milestones. A **50% upfront payment** is required before any work begins.
Refunds are **not available** for completed milestones. Partial refunds may be considered only under **exceptional circumstances**.
Clients are entitled to **two rounds of free revisions**. Additional revisions will be charged based on complexity.
Upon **full payment**, the client gains **full ownership** of the final product. However, the developer retains the right to **showcase the project in their portfolio**.
Timelines are estimated based on project complexity. **Delays caused by the client** (e.g., late feedback, content submission) will impact the deadline.
All client information and project details will remain **strictly confidential** and will **not** be shared with third parties.
